The prices were excellent and the rug I received via mail was good but the colors were not as expected so I decided to return the rug. Unfortunately, I was required to pay over $73 in return mailing charges. I shipped a rug back to McGee and CO with no shipping charges. If you think you might have to return the rug I'd go somewhere else.
Peerless got us out of a tough spot. We have a hard-to-fit staircase that takes a few steps to make a 90-degree turn. The runner we liked had a nifty border. No problem, they said, and seamlessly combined several lengths of carpeting into one where the pattern matched on the turn. Great craftsmanship.
Their sales reps are very knowledgeable, and even provided samples! I will definitely be back soon for more rugs.
Excellent service! Wide variety to chose from. I love my new stair runner. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.
