I had to call multiple times for a quote. On the fourth try the person who answered the phone said they had to enter our information in the system in order for materials department to start a quote- that was a delay of four day. Then when the person from materials finally reached out via email- he decided to stop responding. It took me calling a supervisor to get him to respond back to our emails. I was a pretty serious buyer, I am sure not a huge job to them, but if this is how hard they are to work with to even get a quote... read more
The Salesman/Contractor was friendly, kind, helpful, funny and a wonderful people person. Details were given about all of our options. Examples were shown and pamphlets were given to us. All questions were answered professionally. He arrived within the timeframe scheduled. One of the most pleasant experience when making an expensive home purchase I’ve had. I would recommend this company to anyone who is considering purchasing a fence for their property. Thank you, Jack Mann for being a joyful, enthusiastic salesman!
Spoke with Jack - he recommended an option that was affordable. I had my mind set on vinyl but I chose Treated wood becuz it was a lot less and lasts up to 15 yrs. That is what I can deal with. He had good information and gave me space to make a decision. The installation went smooth as well.
