So I called to have a appointment for a free quote and my service rep canceled the same day and told me he would call me back to put me back on the schedule. Not only did he never call me back after a week of waiting I got an email saying thanks for meeting with us your new fence is on the way. But how could that be when I never met with anybody? Clearly my service rep lied. If they're lying before they even come to your home I can only imagine how they actually run the place.

Edit to Add 7/14/26: No one from Peerless has reached out to me, despite the reply to my review stating they would (2+ months ago). Their replies to bad reviews are just to save face. They have no intention of actually correcting the problem. Craig was our salesman. He talked me out of a cedar fence. He showed me pictures on his phone of cedar fences crumbling and said that pine was the best way to go (later found out from people at his company that that was not true). Craig was our salesman. He talked me out of a cedar fence. He showed me pictures on his phone of cedar fences crumbling and said that pine was the best way to go (later found out from people at his company that that was not true). His energy was very used car salesman. He brought his dog to the first meeting to quote the fence, let him roam around my property without a leash and then pee on my bush right next to us.
