If I could give zero stars, I would. One of the detergent machines was marked as “working,” so I put $7 into it, and nothing came out. When I asked the young man working there for help, he had an attitude and said he couldn’t do anything because he couldn’t reach his boss, didn’t have his phone, and made no effort to help, accommodate us, or refund the money. I come very regularly and I have no issues. Today I had an issue with the machine E FL sign.. I used to work on these types of washers the excuse the tenant said was that it was over filled….. I had my mother help me move my belongings to different machines and it filled not even half of one or the other.. If you wanna know what the sign meant. It’s due to the water not filling in time.. literally look it up and it’s an easy fix.. not over filled.. just check the hoses. Literally, to much soap previously… no refund or help j... read more

I believe her name is 'Bri', it could be short for Brianna or something. The reason I start my review with this person is this. She is extremely rude, egotistical and has a huge false sense of self entitlement. For someone that washes dirty underwear and clothes, she thinks very highly of herself.
