Not a true Wash, Dry, & Fold service as advertised on their website. I dropped off my normal laundry since I'm living in a hotel away from home. I was told it would be ready by Friday after 5 even though it was Tuesday. I agreed to pay extra to have it ready next day. I wasn't able to make it the next day so I came on Thursday to pick it up and was told not everything was ready. I was also told that they won't wash my socks and underwear! I went to the Vista avenue store and picked my shirt. Not thinking to inspect the shirt, I took it home and put it in my closet. Several weeks later, I took the shirt out to wear for a special occasion, I realized the shirt was missing a button. On closer inspection, I discovered the right front panel had been torn completely to the side seam, and very artfully sown together in carefully matching the pattern so as to hide the new patched seam.
