The service I received this week for standard carpet cleaning was awful. My carpets were left saturated with water. On day 2 48 hours after the service was done my home smelt like a sewer & my carpets were still soaked .The issue was brought to the companies attention, and yet still it was not handled properly or efficiently in a timely manner. My carpets were left worse than before the service was done. Highly disappointed. I do not recommend this company for carpet cleaning.

They will promise one thing and never follow up. They will charge for parts of the room they never touch. When you question anything they will respond contract ignore you and than pressure for money. They will talk down to anyone like they are a child. Stay away from them. Jon and Chris are not even manchilds but toddlers. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place!

Avoid like the plague! You can't charge some on flooring you never put down. You are charging extra for the square foot of the room not the square for of the flooring your put down. You never touched the tub or put anything below it. This is a dirty practice. What else are they going to lie and try to get an extra hundred out of just to be greedy. Ps their manager jon vogel is a literal man child and talks like a toddler throwing a tantrum.

Aside from them driving like crazy people and cutting people off all over the roads (multiple vehicles). Now I have seen it all with this company....They are swinging into handicap spots and parking without even pulling in all the way blocking traffic at stop signs on top of it causing more issues. At some point your company really needs to take responsibility for the drivers lack of care and illegal parking at this point before someone gets hurt.
