Really have to give these people a one star they definitely are top notch HORRIBLE!!!!! Carpet supersaturated after they’re done definitely leave your house smelling like shit. It’s just not good business. Smh!!! Never will I use or recommend them again!!!

Definitely need to change who they get to answer the phone. These people are all around horrible. Waited all day and didn’t have the decency to even call me and say they’re not coming. Missed work and everything and then I call and get rudeness saying you reaching us after hours what is it you want yeah not feeling it. Definitely will call another company.

Peerless Restoration sued me and lost. After damage to my kitchen and repeated disputes over the quality of the work, I terminated the company. Rather than making things right, they sued me. The court ruled in my favor. What I remember most is the hostility. Communications from senior leadership were aggressive, personally insulting, and felt more like intimidation than customer service. Document everything and stand your ground.

An absolute nightmare. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a prolonged, disorganized mess defined by poor workmanship and a complete lack of oversight. The “vetted vendors” provided were unacceptable. Paint was spilled on brand new carpet, and rather than properly address it, sections of the carpet were cut out, an apparent attempt to conceal the damage.
