Peerless Restoration sued me and lost. After damage to my kitchen and repeated disputes over the quality of the work, I terminated the company. Rather than making things right, they sued me. The court ruled in my favor. What I remember most is the hostility. Communications from senior leadership were aggressive, personally insulting, and felt more like intimidation than customer service. Document everything and stand your ground.

An absolute nightmare. What should have been a straightforward project turned into a prolonged, disorganized mess defined by poor workmanship and a complete lack of oversight. The “vetted vendors” provided were unacceptable. Paint was spilled on brand new carpet, and rather than properly address it, sections of the carpet were cut out, an apparent attempt to conceal the damage. Waste of money !! DONT TAKE AMY SERVICE. Carpet left UNCHANGED!!! Left in literally 20mins, felt like we do better vacuum then them!!!
