I have been coming to Dr Peerless for a very long time due to my hearing loss and tinnitus He is very kind and has given me exceptional care.
We called to make a first time appointment today, and a receptionist named "Dottie" I believe, laughed at us. It is sad that we live in a world today when a patient is laughed at long before they ever see a Doctor. She had no idea what our problem was and quit frankly did not care. This was the most unprofessional woman we have ever dealt with. If you treat your patients the way your staff does, how do you stay in business?
