Peer Recovery is a Community Resource to help people with issues of substance abuse or mental health problems. They also provide meeting space for 12 Step Program Groups. They host training program for Peer Support Councilor. The Center is owned by and provides for people of Carteret County. I feel it is a great asset to Carteret County. I know having a place for my meetings makes me very grateful.
