Peepers Damascus is fantastic. They have a friendly caring staff. This is the 1st place I have gone to get prescription glasses and they made the lenses perfectly and the glasses came back fast. I highly recommend Peepers in Damascus. I will continue getting my glasses and eye check ups from them.
This place will never call you back! We purchased two pairs of glasses from them…never did they call to say when the glasses are ready…they got the lenses on one wrong (we paid for transitions, got regular lenses) . After three more weeks not a single phone call from them to tell us if the replacement lenses are ready.
Peepers Eye Care in Damascus is a gem! The staff is professional, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. They made scheduling an appointment easy, and I was seen promptly upon arrival. I love Peepers Eyecare and highly recommend Dr. Shafi! I met Dr. Shafi, on a day when I was unsure if I was experiencing a retinal emergency. She made the time in her schedule to see me and address my concerns.
