This company was recommended by a neighbor. We had an initial discussion with him, received a quote. Then we went on vacation thinking that our pool would be fine. The owner/nor any worker came the first week as he said he would. Then, we returned from vacation and the pool was a mess. He was there 2 days before we came back. You can see him on our pool camera dumping in a chemical (for the first time in nearly 2 weeks) and turning off the hose...but the pool was still very green two days later. Mel responded to my call within an hour and fixed my pump pressure problem. I had called him a year ago with a different situation. Both times he happily instructed me how to remedy some problems in the future. I highly recommend this pool service company, honest, very helpful, and local!
Our best friends use this company and have not been happy anyway but this ended their service with them TODAY. We are currently away for on vacation our best friends have our dogs. The genius from Peepaw goes to the house and let’s the dogs out of the yard!! Doesn’t look for them wait for our friends to return. He LEAVES and then messaged our friends to tell them dogs got out. Customer service like it use to be! We called PeePaw's to get an estimate on our pool service & he was here the SAME DAY!! I told him we were new to owning a pool, he hung out educating us for at least 30 mins before he even asked for our business. This company gets it! The orientation we received on our equipment was as good anyone could do, and we felt extremely confident in running our new pool.
