Alison and the team are professional, helpful, kind and supportive. How lucky we are to have them in the hood!
We found Alison whilst looking for a Spanish speaking optometrist. We have had a great experience, she has worked with multiple family members, particularly fussy and was able to steer us all to get the glasses which met our individual needs. Alison did two of the consults in Spanish, whilst not perfect, she is a very good sport, did it with kindness and with the intent of understanding which we really appreciated. In the end, we ended up with great glasses, felt listened to and would definitely recommend.

Amazing customer service from Xavier as well as the rest of the team - the staff are all extremely friendly and go beyond to find frames that suit your face and preferences. Prices are also very reasonable compared to other businesses with similar boutique and quirky frames.
