Alison is absolutely incredible. She is so knowledgeable and reassuring, I couldn’t recommend her more.
I went to this store to have a small screw replaced in my reading glasses. The process took a few minutes and as usual I asked " how much do I owe you " . I have asked this question many times , in shops all over the world ( I travel a lot ) and I always get the reply " nothing " I was very surprised when the reply was " $5 dollars ". The money is nothing but " really ! " I would not go to this shop again !!

Found this store after looking for a stockist of my favourite brand. It was such a pleasure to deal with them, they have a nice range of frames which are all out of the ordinary and right up my street, all the staff were super nice, gave great advice and was even accommodating to Dog Dog. Highly recommend the trip over to Yarraville to see this store,
