I’ve been going here since I was twelve years old and since moving to the queen street location and change of staff I’m frustrated having to deal with the new receptionist for Dr. Wudom. There was a girl who was so rude I had to hang up and call another day just but they’ve since replaced her with someone else. She’s always rushing my appointment phone calls, talking over me and finishing my sentences before I get to fully say what i need to say. The customer service piece has gone way downhill.

My family and I have been patients of Peel Medical since 1980s. Our Dr Cheaung was awesome, including Dr Thick and Wudom. Unfortunately, when they moved to their new location on Queen St. Our family doctor Dr Cheaung retired, leaving this clinic in the hands of a mangeing company whom, lack the ability to manage. The staff have all left due to shorter hours or the management company has let them go. The blood lab is nolonger as of this week. Long time lab tech has been let go as lab closed.
