The phone lines are not open at 8. Every time you phone for an appointment as soon as the lines are open there are "no appointments" 🤔 when you ask for an urgent appointment you're told you can't have an appointment and to go elsewhere. When you book an urgent appointment through patches they give you an appointment a month to the day. All in all, every poor.
I attended the surgery today to see Dr Botham for a cortisone injection in my knee.To be honest I was a little apprehensive but he reassured me and it all went smoothly.Everyone at the surgery was very helpful and professional
