Phoned for advice on medication and the receptionist was very helpful and arranged a phone appointment with doctor Botham , who listend and promptly sorted a prescription, excellent service
Excellent appointment as always. I felt listened to and supported to make decisions about my care. I recently attended with a change in a mole. I was seen same day, referred urgently to the hospital and the practice team followed up with me to check I had my appointment. The outcome was surgery for a skin cancer and the speed at which Dr Botham acted and the care and support from the practice has been amazing.
Excellent service and all the members of staff are fantastic
I was genuinely feeling really down with my ailments and not knowing where to turn. I reached out to my gp not expecting much. However, he listened to me and was able to get me a referral for ongoing care as well as help me with short term pain relief too. Turned my week around. Thank you Dr Botham 👍
