Absolutely disgusting abhorrent service. I have found them devoid of compassion or the intellectual comprehension needed to do this very important job! .just look at the other REAL reviews,. For the exception of the Manager and one lovely lady Leslie whom I have been speaking with regarding my mums severe mental illness which has been the result of several brain aneurysms and has made her nasty, violent towards me and in psychosis most of the time with the exception of the rare moments which I cherish. They are more interested in government hand outs than actually being productive, they cause more mental health issues than they cure by far, Mental health in Australia is a catch phrase and nothing more.
