Excellent and great Doctors. Disgusting unprofessional unpleasant front desk. I called to make an appointment got the worse treatment. I summited a complaint regarding this behavior however the manager allows this behavior and worse promotes that they treat clients like that. I wanted to continue because of the doctor since they saved my baby’s life. But is not worth the front desk breaking HIPAA.
This company has the worst employees ever we went to this vet for five years and every single time we went there they would constantly upsell us or charge us more and more. They would also shame us on the type of food that we would feed our dogs and trust me we don’t feed them garbage food. They also try to sell us stuff that the dogs don’t need we now go to PetSmart, Who has given us fabulous customer service. If you’re looking at this vet or you’re currently using them, I highly suggest you look elsewhere.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Clean and aesthetically pleasing office. It was a bit of a drive from us, but worth it!
When you walk in it smells absolutely amazing first of all. Very bright very clean and the atmosphere and the people are very pleasant. Everyone there has a great attitude and the doctor and assistant that I met were very helpful very kind to me I think it was a great experience all around and people should start going here
My friend has a small dog with diabetes and other problems. They take such good care of the dog. We can visit and they put us in a room so we can visit.
