Used to be an amazing company because of their customer support. They recently switched over to AI. Since they no longer having phone support, it took me 3 days and 6 hours of dealing with support over text to resolve an issue that would have taken 15 minutes by phone. Ownership definitely values profit more than service now. This is sad because it was such a great company before.
I have had a great experience with Peek Pro! I am looking forward to working with this company to help organize our trail ride bookings and income. I have been working with Bri during the start up process. She has done a great job building the page and understanding our individual needs. 100% recommend this company for all your scheduling needs.
