I had Peek pools close my pool last fall. I was going to have them open the pool this spring and help me maintain it, but when I went to look at the pool equipment I notice a number of broken PVC pipes. I have spent the last week replacing broken parts. I won't have them touch my pool again.
Customer Service is TOP NOTCH! Peek Pools went above and beyond assisting us with our pool opening. Our Fiberglass pool had turned into a pond over the winter and our normal pool company that opens and closes each season could not fit us in in time for our daughter’s graduation activities even with three months notice. Today I had the pleasure of meeting the team at Peek Pool & Spas. I came in because my Polaris pool cleaning robot, Rosie, died on me… I came in for a diagnosis and to come up with a plan on how to repair or replace it. The entire team was wonderful. They were able to diagnose my issue and give me options for getting Rosie up and going or replacing her. I will definitely come back anytime. I need anything pool related.
Use any pool company but peek pools!!!!, we spent a a high six figures for a “beautiful” pool, just be to be disappointed. Our jet pumps fall out, they didn’t even concrete the frame right and there’s a clear line where they stopped and started again. Our heater broke the first year of it being open because of improper installment. They are almost impossible to contact and rarely attempt to help fix what they did wrong. Peek is definitely in it for the BIG BUCKS only. If you're prepared to spend between $25,000 and $65,000 for a spa, don't expect to come back later and be able buy maintenance products from them.
