Awesome local shop. Had previous work done (leveling kit) on my truck. Best price around and super quick. Came back almost 3 years later with unrelated concerns. Not only did he inspect the vehicle but also said he didn’t find anything wrong and assured me it was safe. It’s been a long time since customer service existed like this. 1000% recommed!
Called to check availability to get my suv's front suspension checked due to shaking when braking. The "owner" stated to me " at 4 o'clock in the afternoon are you crazy". I feel that is very rude given that they do not close until 6 o'clock. I work at mount carmel east, third shift in the e.r., and am unable to schedule everything around normal business hours due to saving lives.
