Razan is very disrespectful. To start, she to continued to call me sweetheart and honey after I asked her to use my name. I had booked an appointment for 12/30 and was extremely sick. I was told that the appointment needed to be rebooked within a week which is NOT clearly stated during booking or on the website. The “refund and cancellation policy” link on the website takes you back to booking so it does not properly show this and is not clear. Which is a violation of policy rights. We had an absolutely wonderful experience at Peek A Baby 3D, and I can’t say enough amazing things about Razan. As first-time parents, we were a little nervous and unsure of what to expect, but from the moment we met her, she made us feel completely comfortable, welcomed, and excited for this special moment. I have been there 3 times already and every single time Razan has been so amazing and gotten such good photos! I would recommend coming here to anyone expecting, she is so sweet throughout the ultrasound and makes you feel comfortable. I got the vip bundle that came with so many photos, usb drive with all photos/ videos as well and an adorable bear with the baby’s heartbeat inside. I was also able to bring my family with. 10/10 experience thank you Razan!
Been here twice now. Did blood gender test at 12 weeks, didn’t even feel a thing and results came quick and were accurate. Just went for the ultrasound and it was great! Am definitely coming back later in pregnancy.
