We were never really satisfied with our appointment ultrasounds so we decided to check this spot out for a better experience with Baby. I must say Razan was such a beautiful person to work with!!!! Continues to lie about experiences and is hostile towards customers. Do not recommend.
Razan is very disrespectful. To start, she to continued to call me sweetheart and honey after I asked her to use my name. I had booked an appointment for 12/30 and was extremely sick. I was told that the appointment needed to be rebooked within a week which is NOT clearly stated during booking or on the website. The “refund and cancellation policy” link on the website takes you back to booking so it does not properly show this and is not clear. Which is a violation of policy rights.
