I have worked with the Peebles family on multiple transactions for the last several years. In my experience, you rarely find agents that are experienced, competent, honest, and hard-working---you usually get 1 or 2 of these. They are experts on the Oroville market, but also know the Chico market extremely well. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
