Probably the worst insurance agency I have ever worked with. I don't think they even deserve 1 star but I can't submit my rating without giving at least 1 star. Top down NO ONE at the agency cares about you or your business. Certainly do not expect an answer to anything unless you waste hours chasing someone down via phone! Good luck if you decide to do business with them!!
Its absolutely the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. Honestly they need to shut it down!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! they take your money and God forbid your Truck is in an accident, they have excuses why they can't pay. They are very unprofessional, they take forever to respond to emails, and can never pick your calls. MR. Peebles, the owner, is never in the office and his office manger had us on the hold for 45min waiting for her to pick the call which she never did!!!
I wish I could give ZERO stars! This place is the absolute worst and I’ve heard nothing but from several companies. The customer service is terrible. Whenever I call either someone isn’t in or they happen to have just left. Just a bunch of bullshit honestly. They never answer emails or return calls. How is this even a business? Take your business elsewhere! There are plenty of reputable insurance selling companies out there besides these dirt bags.
