I lived here from 2018-2021. I absolutely LOVED my experience living here. The owners were kind, and very easy to get along with. They never bothered us, showed up unannounced, or gave us any issues. The duplex was great; from spacious living room, huge closet space, and counter space in the kitchen! My only issue was that my copy of the key never worked for the back door; which I let them know, but it was never an issue for me to walk the few extra steps. Listed an apartment, doesn't respond to anyone for weeks because they wanted vacation out of country, sets up time for meet up, shows up over 30 min late, when I asked where he was he lied and blocked me. Feel free to ask the neighbors to verify since they saw this happen.
