Next time you’re in Port Hueneme stop here for some outstanding food. I had the hot “The Italian”. Delicious sandwich with generous portions of meats and cheeses. So good! The staff was friendly and courteous. The place is easy to find, spacious, bright and immaculately clean. Oh! My wife had the “Savory Sammy” which she could only eat 1/2. We took it home and our daughter finished it and said she loved it! We will be back for sure.

I work in the area and have driven by before and decided to try it out. I can't rate the food because we did not order. We walked in and immediately got bad vibes. Empty, and the few tables they did have were all dirty. The lady at the front didn't look very excited to help us either. We looked at the menu and decided this was not the vibe of a place I was willing to pay $15 for a sandwich at. We walked out.

Food and service are amazing but the negatives are pretty big. 1. They close by 4...and theyre next to an industry where everyone gets off at 430, or starts a nightshift by 530. If they shifted their hours to be open until 530 they would make so much more sales. 2. The prices are kinda steep. But its fresh food so I get it. (Also no crunchy peanutbutter id kind of wierd for a pb&j store)
