My son and his friend had their mopeds impounded unfortunately and when we went to go pick them up it was a ridiculous amount in cash only, one of the mopeds is now broken, the throttle cable snapped and it was working fine just before they were loaded on the truck because they had just been pulled over for being on a road they should not have been on which it completely understandable but they were both in perfect working order as well, they even took a video and there were three witnesses to this.
