Do not come here expecting to see an actual doctor. It's all Telehealth now. No doctors on site. Pointless. Appointments feel impersonal and transactional rather than helpful. I would NOT reccomend this place to anyone seeking help with their mental health. They WILL waste your time and not hesitate to bill you. If you want actual hands-on care, don't go here, they won't provide it.
Saw them when I was between doctors and the counselor was a nightmare. She threatened to not “let” me see the doctor who could refill my medication because I seemed “stable to her”. Then she kicked me out of her office when I explained that this was because I was taking medication. For that 15 minutes of BS, they billed my insurance for over $100. And they billed it incorrectly. This facility should be shut down period. A complete revamp of how the clinic functions — including staffing, systems, and processes.
