Customer service in the Darlington/Florence office is the absolute worse. Obviously a group of women who hate their job. Customer service is not their specialty. Tried to make everything as difficult as possible. Sincerely, 10 year paying business customer. Never 1 late payment.
Worst coop ever. Pee Dee Electric is not a friendly neighborhood coop, they only care about the money. After being a supposed to be member for 20 years just because I haven't moved in 20 years. My lights have never been disconnected for anything. I forgot not didn't have money just forgot until I was in the dark. No notice no maybe after 20 years he might have forgot one or anything. I had to pay a reinstatement fee and got a letter stating my account is in review for needing a deposit to continue service.
Worst light company I could ever imagine. Thier app never works. The customer service folks are rude. They don't notify if you are over the balance. Everything is terrible with this company.
It’s so bad how high my light bill be I use everything with Cautious all because I’m afraid I won’t be able to afford my light bill each month and I still have a light bill at 400$ I cry and pray I have 3 small kids that I’m taking care on my own working a job paying 7.45$ a hour I struggle daily because all my money goes to pee dee I have my air sat on 74 degrees automatically and still have a high light bill I had to go thru Community action agency for help last month so me and my kids won’t be in the dark last year winter... read more
