I went into this sandwich shop thinking I was just going to grab lunch. What I didn’t realize is I was about to have a spiritual experience between two slices of bread. First of all, the sandwich was so big it looked like it needed its own zip code. I ordered a turkey sandwich and the guy behind the counter stacked so much meat on it I briefly considered calling my cardiologist to warn him in advance. This place used to be awesome. But I just had my go to beef sandwich and it was barely edible. I’m sure the meat had been sliced at least five days ago and the bread was stale. The tomatoes and apples were very skimpy. Dry and tough. What happened?
