Rude and unhelpful. When I called it felt like I was bothering the lady that answered. Please hire new front help.
My 2-year-old daughter fell and split her chin open at the conservatory next door. She was bleeding and clearly in pain. Since the pediatrician office Peds in a Pod is located just a few steps next door, I walked in, hoping someone would help my poor baby. The staff member went to check and came back saying their nurse practitioner refused to see us because we weren’t current patients.
