Excellent cheese. There is no comparison between this cheese and the typical grocery store variety. Whenever I am in Chico, I'll go to the Farmers' Market to purchase an assortment of Pedrozo cheeses. All of it is phenomenal cheese. I hope they continue to make cheese! Thank you!
