Absolutely LOVE Dr. Santiago and his staff. They are always super kind, attentive and friendly. We have 5 children and Dr. Santiago has treated each of them individually with authenticity. Great place! Great smiles!
Our children have been going to this dentist for a few years. The staff and Dr are rude and do not listen to their patients. Our one son has had to have a retainer repaired multiple times because it was likely not installed correctly. Most of our family has had retainers from other orthodontists with no issues. My wife attempted to tell them they needed to use a different style but they would not listen. Your kids deserve better.
