A doctor is only as good as his staff. Dr. Rodriguez is a wonderful doctor and human being, but his staff is just terrible, they NEVER answer the phone, and don't call back after you leave numerous messages! I have been calling for refills on medications for over a week and they never called me back! This might force me to find a new doctor, and that's sad, because I like Dr. Rodriguez.
He treats my 90 year old father in law with dignity and respect, and explains everything. We are very grateful.

I work with doctors on a daily basis. I can honestly say that I don't know a doctor that truly cares more about his patients and takes the time to care for them.
After nearly 7 years as a patient, and dealing with countless mistakes from his office staff, I am forced to find another Dr. because of the staff's consistent mistakes and failed promises. Dr. and NP are good, but staff is completely incompetent.
