Dr Pedro Ortega has NEVER bothered to see us - Fell and hit my head, nurse sent me to get a hearing test. I can't trust me healthcare to this office. Nurse asks a question then talks over you when you try to answer. They messed up my insurance coverage on MIULTIPLE events costting extra time and $$

These place is horrible, never picks phone to make an appointment I have to drive into the office just to make an appointment. The staff in both offices metro west and winter park so unprofessional and very rude they cancel appointments on me saying the doctor is not going to be in the office and try to charge his visit fee to the insurance these is what happened to me last visit in the Winter park office saying that I owned them $40 from 2 years back that they were the onescanceled on me.
