Pedro is completely dishonest and unprofessional. I brought my car in only for an A/C diagnostic, and before leaving the vehicle he explicitly promised me that he would CALL me before performing any repairs so I could approve the work and cost. Instead, only 30 minutes later, he called to say the A/C was already “fixed” and then handed me a $300 bill without my authorization.
