We used Pediment Construction and Bennett Sullivan Associates to design and build our first ground up large commercial building (~14k sqft) and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get a large project done on time, within budget and high quality. I hired Pediment for this project and it was my first time, they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. They delivered everything they promised. Their project manager Gaston Zaballa was amazing!! It was a great experience to get to work with him.
Pediment managed the construction of 3 commercial self storage buildings over 2 years for me and did an amazing job. All 3 came in on time and under budget. Gaston, Kevin, Hugh, and Luke were all a pleasure to work with and had my back every step of the way.
Pediment Construction is a first class operation. They have the ability to provide everything you need for any construction project you may have. They were able to design and do the architectural work for me as well as manage my whole construction project. The subcontractors they have were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, Luke, Nate and Gaston were just absolutely great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family as I know they would be in good hands.
Gaston and Margaret are the best! Gaston completely transformed a space into my dance studio, and the results exceeded my expectations.
