We recently used Pediment Construction to build a home in Connecticut. Gaston and Margaret were wonderful to work with. They helped bring our vision to life. They were on top of everything: responsive and meticulous. The quality of the craftsmanship is amazing and guests always comment on how beautiful everything looks. I can't recommend them highly enough!
We used Pediment Construction and Bennett Sullivan Associates to design and build our first ground up large commercial building (~14k sqft) and would strongly recommend them to anyone looking to get a large project done on time, within budget and high quality. I hired Pediment for this project and it was my first time, they were highly recommended by a friend of mine. They delivered everything they promised. Their project manager Gaston Zaballa was amazing!! It was a great experience to get to work with him.
Pediment managed the construction of 3 commercial self storage buildings over 2 years for me and did an amazing job. All 3 came in on time and under budget. Gaston, Kevin, Hugh, and Luke were all a pleasure to work with and had my back every step of the way.
Pediment Construction is a first class operation. They have the ability to provide everything you need for any construction project you may have. They were able to design and do the architectural work for me as well as manage my whole construction project. The subcontractors they have were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Kevin, Luke, Nate and Gaston were just absolutely great to deal with. I would highly recommend them to all my friends and family as I know they would be in good hands.
