We had a good experience at Pediatric Urology on Medical Drive. From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Dr. Raju, Dr Marks and Dr Prieto are kind compassionate and caring physicians. They treat all patients with the upmost respect and dignity. If your needing a physician for your child I definitely recommend this group of physicians.
Rude office, especially Dr Gaayana A. Raju, she does not know what she is doing. She doesn't care about patients and doesn't provide better care. I ended up going somewhere else because this rude Doctor cancelled on me twice. I was already awaiting to be seen took day off work and then staff said oh Doctor can't see you. Dr. Prieto is a great doctor. He is very kind and courteous. My five year old daughter has been a patient since she was one month old, and all I can say is thank you to Dr. Prieto and his staff for the care they provided.
Dr. Prieto is amazing and took such good care of my daughter. He was so caring and explained everything perfectly and put my husband and I at such ease. A very welcome experience compared to what we had been dealing with prior to seeing him.
