Waited over and hour with my 6 month old son to see the doctor! If patients are late they cancel their appointment and charge them a fee but if the doctor is late you just have to deal with it. This is not the first time we have waited like this at this office either. Sad because we really liked the Dr and she is knowledgeable.
Called them twice and got a return call that I missed. Proceeded to call nine more times over two weeks without a single call back. Not the right way to run a business.
We had saw and had surgery with Dr. Donohoe. Quick office wait times. He really takes the time to go over everything and answer questions. Surgery went well, and my daughter felt fantastic the next day. Her sibling had the same surgery with another provider and office and had horrible pain after, so I truly believe Dr. Donohoe made the difference.
