I have had such a positive experience with this office from start to finish. Dr. Donohoe is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel confident in your care. If want a circumcision done, but want a hassle with billing..this place is for you, after I self paid with no insurance, which they accepted last year, but the time came for surgery and they didn't offer our insurance anymore so everything was out of pocket.dr appt, then surgery, still talking with billing to get this all squared away, they said everything was included with my first/final payment, but now the portal is stating i owe double, not to mention the money i paid isnt on the bill.. its been exhausting mentally and f... read more
So I go here for my son who is 5 months old and they told me they don't take his insurance quiet yet which I understand but because he did have insurance I was told his it would be 125$ for his appt that was paid and now I'm getting charged 519$ more and i have called every extension your phone line has to offer and no one has picked up trying to get this problem cleared up.
