Can’t say enough about this practice! Especially- when we changed insurance recently. The process to have info changes is daunting, with referrals needing to happen and reference numbers needing to be applied to our account. I called in to speak to someone for HELP…. I got on the line with Jerry. He was exceptional!!! He walked me through every step I needed. I couldn’t say enough about how helpful he was. Very appreciative!!!

I have had such a positive experience with this office from start to finish. Dr. Donohoe is not only extremely knowledgeable, but he takes the time to listen, explain, and make sure you feel confident in your care. Nurse Practitioner Anjali is absolutely wonderful — compassionate, thorough, and patient in addressing every concern. If want a circumcision done, but want a hassle with billing..this place is for you, after I self paid with no insurance, which they accepted last year, but the time came for surgery and they didn't offer our insurance anymore so everything was out of pocket.dr appt, then surgery, still talking with billing to get this all squared away, they said everything was included with my first/final payment, but now the portal is stating i owe double, not to mention the money i paid isnt on the bill.. its been exhausting mentally and f... read more
