My experience with Dr. Frank Lopez’s office has been extremely disappointing and concerning as the parent of a nonverbal autistic child. The biggest issue was not initially with the doctor himself, but with the administrative staff, specifically Theresa. I repeatedly experienced unprofessional behavior including calls being abruptly disconnected, difficulty obtaining basic communication, and submitted documents not being acknowledged or forwarded appropriately. I am incredibly grateful to Amy and Kathryn. Their amazing support helped my son and me feel at ease during the EEG. They thoroughly explained the process and were incredibly patient, ensuring my son was comfortable and understood what was happening next. I also don’t want to forget Dr. Davis and Dr. Lopez who are phenomenal. I’ve never felt more informed and heard by doctors than with them. Thank you for your dedication to Central FL, we’re fortunate to have been referred to your practice years ago.
We’ve been bringing our daughter here for the past six years for her annual EEG’s and have enjoyed every visit. The staff makes it pleasant to stay here and very accommodating. My wife and I can both spend the night as well. They have a kitchen with lots of snacks, especially that the kiddos like so my daughter always looks forward to that. Amy always makes us feel so welcomed and makes us fresh cafe con leche every time! Would definitely recommend if you need a 24hr EEG!
