Coming here to leave a review and not surprised they have a terrible reviews already! Absolutely shady business practices. Inability to submit claims to the insurance appropriately and then send bills to collections while it's supposed to have been being fixed. You don't have much control over using them as I certainly did not choose to! Beware and asking when getting care through Memorial Hermann if you will have to use this TERRIBLE company.
WORST PLACE EVER! Do not go through them, they will not take your insurance.
Ms. Judy Bryant and the other receptionist were so great and friendly. Everyone was really from the lady who took his vitals, the one who did his echo and the doctor. I would definitely recommend them.
Never send me any bill and never claim on my insurance.Refuse to send me any proof that they try to claim on my insurance.From my end there is no denial of claim.Fraud company.
