Scam! Talk to your insurances fraud department if they try to send you an incorrect bill and send you to collections if you don’t pay. They also put my disabled son through hours of testing then disappeared without telling us they were closing shortly after. If I could find them I’d sue them.
Pathetic people. They don't send bills on time and send the amount directly to collections. We didn't have any optional s our hospital used their services.
Their billing department is horrible. I requested to speak with a manager after I received a phone call about a balance which I had already set up a payment plan for and my final payment was in October but they say I still have a balance . When i asked to speak with manager she said hold on and came back and said they would mail receipts and then I can call back and speak with manager . I asked so am I not worthy of speaking with a manager now and her response was “ not right now” . Horrible customer service. Do not recommen... read more
These people are doing “surprise billing”. Everyone has rights to dispute this and not pay for a surprise bill or balance billing. If you were in the ER or within network at a hospital and these people bill you, don’t pay, dispute it!
Billed 8 months late. And a nightmare to find out what is actually owed. Don’t go here just to avoid the billing headache.
