Worst customer service, I've been calling for over a month. I just get put on an endless hold loop. Keep being told different information each time they do respond.
Worst service and hidden charges. When you call everyone tells you a different story. Never use their service.
No one can give me information on a charge we received when we had our 3rd child. I just get put on an endless hold loop. Billing sucks and so does customer service. DO NOT USE THIS GROUP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
