We had a very poor billing experience with this practice as well. They churn as many appointments as they can to increase their ability to bill. We were told to come in the day prior to the procedure to pay the bill and get final instructions. That "visit" alone came with a 600 dollar bill (which insurance reduced to 382). I insisted that this must be combined with the global surgery bill (which we paid that day for over $1000), but they sent it to collections. This is not a doctor service complaint- it’s a BILLING department complaint: They sent out a bill to me a while back, one I thought I had paid. I’m a busy mom and I figured today that I did not pay. Someone calls me last week asking to pay the bill, but I was in a doctors appointment And had no idea what she was talking about. I asked her to send me the bill. She did, a final one, that went to collections the day after it was sent. They send out text messages and they think those are proper notifications before you get to co... read more
