Sent me a bill after labor and delivery with doctors names that I never saw. I had to get a detailed bill from Novant to "prove" that I did not see those doctors. I did this and my medical records, lo and behold, did not have their names on it. This "medical group" seems to big one giant scam. I am reporting them for fraud. Update 9.26.25: Had my second child and received yet ANOTHER bill from Pediatrix. Ask your hospital if any third party subcontractors will be involved and deny them access if this group is one of them. They will send a bill 5 months late, never send any mail and try to send you to collections before you have any ability to pay. They take 48 hours to respond to any emails if you need to send an insurance card. They are disorganized and whenever you call they only ask if you’re going to pay. Didn't bill my insurance so dealing with a 2k debt 2 years later!! A bunch of scammers. Can't bill or code anything correctly or respond to insurance company.

UPDATE: After some time and clear communication, my issue was resolved and I appreciate the service granted. __ The representatives have been very dishonest about my bill. I was quoted a 50% discount in January and was told to pay it by May of this year. That was all of the information that was given to me at that time and I made note of that.
