Convoluted billing through their group instead of the hospital. Hit & miss bedside manner. Having to deal with bills that I don't owe from the birth of my children -- I maxed out my out of pocket and deductible. Ridiculous to deal with.

I would give them no stars if I could. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to pay a bill! They sent me to collections and when I tried calling collections to pay they said pediatrix pulled it back. My account has been in review for 6 months. Today I called to follow up and was told by one person it was in collections (who I also called today and was told it was pulled back) then was told by another person my account was still in review. So I got a bill from these people for my daughter She was 18 at the time of whatever service it is from them it was apparently a year ago and suddenly we get a bill out of nowhere I cannot find it and now it's suddenly on my credit report and my score and dropped my score insanely. I tried to find a phone number four these people.
