The front office staff were nice, but we were on time to our appointment and waited over half an hour. The doctor was very nice but also employed fear tactics to influence my birthing decisions. We had the worst experience ever with this doctor...even if you're sent here by your OB, you can choose to go to SLO Perinatal Center instead, and have an awesome doctor who knows how to treat patients. Dr. Naccasha doesn't have the time (or personality) to communicate properly if there is a problem with your baby. You have to pay an extra $470 more than the initial $1200 for her to have a half hour conversation with you where she answers questions that should've been explained during the exam.
