I’m so frustrated that I can’t even think of words to type.
Just hope you don't have to deal with this group. Its not the care that's provided that's the issue, it's the billing department. After 3 auto payments they started sending my bank the wrong card info. The following weeks I received over 50 letters with final notices on them even though we were almost done with the payment plan. When calling in they said my balance was now higher than the original without an itemized list to explain why. Hope I don't get sent to collections for a balance I already paid. Our twins were born in September. I'm still dealing with their billing department 6 months later. Every time I speak with a rep, they are telling me something COMPLETELY different than what the previous rep told me. I'm certain they keep zero record of any communications received. I have no idea what to do at this point.
What a Scam.
Not real. A scam. Do not send them money. Mercy does their own billing.
