They sent our bill to collections before it arrived in the mail and we were home form the hospital. If you like spending hours on the phone just to pay a bill, then this is the place for you. Borderline fraudulent. This is why people hate medicine in the United States.

Very unprofessional and bad service making a paying is basically impossible use another place of possible.
The doctorI saw was kind and understanding, but trying to make payments is a NIGHTMARE. So much back and forth between me, them, and my insurance company. If you can avoid seeing them, I would merely because of the issues that’ll make you want to rip your hair out.
