No idea what care I got from them, but they billed me. Scammy company that sneaks into your hospital room.
These people shouldn't be allowed to practice medicine and should be kicked out of Swedish. When we were being discharged from the hospital with our new very healthy baby, a doctor showed up unannounced and didn't introduce herself. She went straight to telling us how our baby wasn't doing well without even examining him or checking a chart. Shew was rude and abrasive. We filed a complaint with Pediatrix which they said they would investigate and until a decision was made we didn't need to pay the bill. They never contacted ... read more
Showed up for our retest after not passing the first 24 hr test at the hospital in one ear with a 155/160. Stepped out of the elevator to find no office location, no where to check in, no exam room either. We had to grab a nurse to get the screener for us. They did our hearing test in a hall and reception/ waiting room. Baby could not be in her car seat but had to be sleeping so I am not sure how our baby would ever pass this test in a waiting room being held right after being woken up and pulled out of her car seat.
