Absolutely the worst billing system and customer service I have ever had with a medical group. Most of my other medical bills are willing to work with me in regards to making payments, but I have heard the run around from Pediatrix multiple times. My first attempt to set up a payment plan, I was told I would be able to make payments of $25 a month, which I really struggle with 6 other medical bills asking for the same amount and more.
