I like this clinic, but if I could give zero stars solely because of my experiences with Maitri, the clinical assistant/receptionist, I would. On multiple occasions, both in person and over the phone, she has been rude and unnecessarily dismissive. She has repeatedly interrupted me and spoken over me in an impolite tone without provocation. Dr. Sylvie Bergeron is a miracle worker. We have been seeing her since my daughter was 4 years old. She is now 14 and tge progress in her executive functioning, self advocating and self regulation has been extraordinary! She genuinely cares about her patients. She is kind, knowledgeable and very patient. She listens well and works with parents to find solutions and has great book recommendations and resources to help supplement care.
